Ignition coil F has a signal wire that is shorted to ground. The code is stored when the fault persists over two or more driving cycles in a row.
Mögliche Ursachen
- Contact resistance and oxidation in the connections
- Signal wire short circuit to ground
- Damaged ignition coil

- 1If you have a diagnostic tool, start the engine and read the fault status. 'Fault found' means the fault is permanent.
- 2Check that the fuses are intact.
- 3With the ignition off, check the connector at ignition coil F for contact resistance and oxidation.
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to ignition coil F is not shorted to ground (the body).
- 5Look along the signal wire to ignition coil F for chafed or pinched sections.
- 6If the fault returns, have a workshop check ignition coil F and its wire.
