Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The engine control module (ECM) checks the air conditioning pressure sensor. The code is set when its signal is too high, and it can be checked while driving. The code concerns only the sensor signal and its wiring, not the cooling itself.
Mögliche Ursachen
- The signal wire is shorted to voltage
- Damaged A/C pressure sensor
Was Sie tun können
- 1Check that the fuses are intact. Their location is in the owner's manual or on the fuse box cover.
- 2Check the connector at the A/C pressure sensor for looseness, contact resistance and corrosion.
- 3With the ignition off, use a multimeter to check that the signal wire from the A/C pressure sensor is not shorted to voltage.
- 4Start the engine, read the diagnostic status and fault status for the code, and check whether it returns.
- 5If you have a diagnostic tool, read the pressure value from the A/C pressure sensor and check that it changes when the air conditioning is switched on and off.
- 6If the fault remains after these checks, the A/C pressure sensor can be replaced.
