Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The engine control module (ECM) compares the actual air flow with the expected air flow in the variable intake system. The code is set when the lower secondary throttle unit is detected closed, that is, when the damper has jammed in the closed position.
Mögliche Ursachen
- Damaged secondary throttle unit (lower)
Was Sie tun können
- 1If you have a diagnostic tool: have the lower secondary actuator activated and check that it responds to the command
- 2Check that the damper can move freely and that nothing is blocking it
- 3Check the signal cable with a multimeter for an open circuit and a short circuit to supply voltage
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the lower secondary throttle unit
Symptome, die Sie bemerken können3
- The car performs worse
- The car lacks power, especially at take-off
- The engine hesitates, surges or runs unevenly during acceleration, deceleration or steady speed
Allgemeine Hinweise für Fahrzeughalter. Die Diagnose am Fahrzeug kann eine andere Ursache zeigen.
