Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The irregular signal comes from the temperature sensor before the particulate filter. The ECM compares it with a calculated value and sets the code when the sensor gives a wrong reading.
Mögliche Ursachen
- Loose connection or oxidation in the connections
- Damaged temperature sensor at the particulate filter
Was Sie tun können
- 1If you have a diagnostic tool: read the sensor value in live data with the engine running and see whether it jumps rather than staying steady
- 2Check that the connectors to the sensor at the particulate filter are secure and clean
- 3Check that the sensor wire has no play and does not break when it is moved
- 4If the fault remains, have a workshop measure the sensor resistance
Symptome, die Sie bemerken können1
- Check engine warning lamp lights or behaves abnormally
Was der Fehler beeinflussen kann1
- A calculated value is used instead of the sensor signal
Allgemeine Hinweise für Fahrzeughalter. Die Diagnose am Fahrzeug kann eine andere Ursache zeigen.
