Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The IAM unit reads the signal from the speaker in the right rear door as too high. The signal wire is short-circuited to voltage, which makes the signal stronger than it should be.
Mögliche Ursachen
- Short circuit to voltage on the signal wire between the module and the speaker in the right rear door
Was Sie tun können
- 1With the ignition off, check the connectors at the integrated audio module for contact resistance, play and oxidation
- 2Go through the signal wire towards the speaker in the right rear door and look for chafing or places where it may have touched a live wire
- 3Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire has no contact with voltage
- 4After the work, clear the fault code and check that it does not return
