The infotainment control module (ICM) monitors the supply voltage to the infotainment keypad while the module is switched on. The code is set when that supply is shorted to supply voltage or the wire is broken. The keypad on the centre console then does not work.

4If the wire is intact, the keypad may be faulty and need replacing. A workshop should judge this
