ICM tests whether the push-to-talk key or the NO key has jammed. The code is set when either has been held active for longer than allowed, even though the code is labelled button 2.

2Press the push-to-talk button and the NO button separately and see whether each one returns
3Check that the buttons move back freely without sticking, and clean away any visible dirt around them
4With a diagnostic tool, check in live data that each button value switches when its button is pressed. A workshop can replace the keypad if one is stuck
