Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
Although the code is named circuit or component protection time-out, it concerns an internal fault in the microprocessor of the electric rear axle drive control module (IEM). The fault is set with the ignition on once the control module's test has started. The causes are a software fault in the IEM or an internal fault in the voltage converter (ISC). Electric propulsion is then not possible.

- 1Have a workshop download new software to the IEM. High voltage systems may only be handled by qualified personnel
- 2Have a workshop check the voltage converter (ISC) if the fault remains
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: read the fault codes with the ignition on and see whether the code is still stored
- 4After the repair, check that the code is not stored again
