Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?

The keyless vehicle module (KVM) monitors the connection to the outer antennas on the right side of the car when the car reaches a certain speed. The code is stored when the signal from any of them is too low. The keyless functions then work poorly or not at all.

Part of the circuit for the outer right-hand antennas is shorted to ground
One of the outer right-hand antennas is faulty
The wire to the outer right-hand antenna is shorted to ground
The outer right-hand antenna is damaged

1Read the code, clear it and road test the car
2Disconnect the battery negative lead and inspect the wiring to the antennas in the right door handle for damage and chafing
3Use a multimeter to check that the wiring to the outer right-hand antennas is not in contact with ground (the body)
4Make sure the connectors at the antennas and at the KVM are firmly seated and free from corrosion
5Have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the antennas and the KVM; the module may need replacing if no other fault is found
