Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The control module OBC has registered that the signal in the charging circuit is too low. The fault can appear when the charging cable is connected or when the control module is active. A charging cable that does not suit the car, or a damaged charging cable, can cause the fault. Charging is not possible while the fault remains.

- An incompatible charging cable is used
- The charging cable is damaged

- 1Read out and erase the fault code, charge again and see whether it comes back
- 2Check that the charging cable is not damaged, for example chafing, kinks or burnt connectors
- 3Check that the correct type of charging cable is used for the car, since a cable that does not suit can cause the fault
- 4Have a workshop check that the charging socket in the car is not damaged and that the cable is fully seated in it
- 5The high voltage system may only be handled by authorised personnel. Do not work on it yourself; have a workshop check the charging if the fault remains

- Charging the high voltage battery from an external charging cable does not happen, is reduced or does not work correctly
