Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The Hall sensors in the window lifts of the rear doors measure how fast each window motor rotates, which is how the window position is determined. The control module supplies power to the Hall sensor in each window lift. It has registered a signal from the output that is higher than expected, which may be caused by the supply cable being shorted to voltage, a break in the cable, or a damaged Hall sensor.

- 1Read the code, clear it and run the rear door windows to see whether the code comes back
- 2Check the fuses for the window lifts in the fuse box and make sure they are intact
- 3Check the connectors at the rear door window lifts and the door module for loose, oxidised or corroded contacts
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the supply wire to the Hall sensor is intact and has no voltage when the window is still
- 5If you have diagnostic equipment, read the window position in live data while you run the rear door windows up and down
- 6If the wire is intact but the code comes back: have a workshop check the Hall sensor and the door module
