Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The control module has detected that the power steering hydraulic pump motor does not start, and the fault code is set when this happens.
Mögliche Ursachen
- Too low battery voltage
- Incorrect voltage supply
- Mechanical or hydraulic fault in the steering system, for example a blocked hose, a blocked pipe or a fault in the steering gear
- Damaged power steering control module (PSCM)
Was Sie tun können
- 1Check the battery charge and voltage, since too low voltage can cause this fault
- 2Check that the fuses are intact and that the earth points are clean and securely connected
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: activate the pump motor with the tool and listen for it to start
- 4Check mechanically that the steering does not bind and that hoses and pipes are not blocked
- 5If the fault returns and no fault is found, have a workshop check the control module, which may need replacing
- 6Steering is a safety system: have a workshop check the car if the steering feels abnormal
Symptome, die Sie bemerken können2
- Steering requires extra or uneven effort
- Yellow warning symbol and message in the display
