The signal for the ADVANCED indication in the keypad is too low. The indication is part of the keypad, which sends its signal to the suspension control module. The Four-C function is blocked.

- Contact resistance in the connections
- Short to ground in the power supply wire for the indication
- Defective keypad

- 1Look over the connectors to the keypad and check that they are secure and not oxidised
- 2Use a multimeter to check that the wire to the ADVANCED indication has no contact with ground (the car body)
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: read live data for the ADVANCED indication and see whether the value changes when you change mode
- 4Check that the suspension system fuses are intact; the owner's manual shows where they are
- 5If the wiring is intact, have a workshop replace the keypad
