The suspension control module (SUM) has lost its data link to the climate control module (CCM) on the CAN network. Four-C does not work while the fault remains, and its control is switched off.

- 1Read and clear the fault codes, then road test the car to see whether the fault returns
- 2Check that the connector at the suspension control module is firmly seated and not corroded
- 3If it returns: have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check the CAN network and the control modules
