Was bedeutet der Fehlercode?
The television module compares its configuration ID with the vehicle signal configuration that the central electronic module (CEM) sends out on the CAN network. The code is stored when communication with the CEM is lost. The module still answers diagnostic commands, but normal CAN communication does not work.
Mögliche Ursachen
- The CAN network is interrupted between the infotainment module (ICM) and the central electronic module (CEM)
- The MOST network is interrupted between the infotainment module (ICM) and the TV module (TVM)
- The central electronic module (CEM) is wrongly configured
- The CEM does not send out the vehicle signal configuration over the CAN network
- The ICM does not pass the vehicle signal configuration on to the MOST network
- The TV module does not suit this car, for example a second-hand unit with other software or hardware
Was Sie tun können
- 1Read off the codes in the car, clear them and test-drive the TV function to see whether the fault returns.
- 2Check the central electronic module (CEM) first, as it sends the vehicle configuration to the rest of the networks.
- 3Look for loose, corroded or damaged connectors in the connections to the CAN and MOST networks.
- 4If a used TV module has been fitted, check that it is intended for this exact car.
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop read off and check the configuration in the control modules and load new software where needed.
Symptome, die Sie bemerken können2
