The audio control module (AUD) measures too low a signal from the buttons for headphone output 3, which is connected to the right headphone panel. This points to a short circuit to ground, between the signal wires or inside the panel itself, so the buttons for that output do not work.

- Short circuit inside the right headphone panel, which is then faulty
