On the V60, the brake control module (BCM) has received too high a signal from the left front wheel sensor and judges it to be implausible. The module compares the signal with the other wheels and sees that it deviates in a way that does not match the wheel's actual movement. The fault most often lies in the wiring or the sensor.

- 5The braking system is safety critical: do not work on the ABS system yourself; leave this to a workshop, and drive carefully until the fault is fixed
