Co oznacza ten kod błędu?

The climate control module (CCM) gets no response from the seat heating module (SHM) in the left rear seat. The module sends its status to the control module over the LIN bus, and when the reply is missing the control module cannot control the heat. The cause may be a lost voltage supply or ground, a fault in the bus between the control module and the seat heating, or an internal fault in the module.

Co możesz zrobić

1Check that the fuses are intact, especially the fuse for the seat heating
2Check that the connectors to the seat heating and to the climate unit are firmly seated and free from oxidation
3Use a multimeter to check that the supply to the seat heating is present with the ignition on, and that the ground wire has contact with ground (the body)
4Read off and clear the fault code, then road test the car to see whether it returns
5With diagnostic equipment, activate the left rear seat heating and check that it starts. If it does not, and the connectors are sound, the bus needs checking
6If the fault remains after these checks, have a workshop check the LIN bus between the climate control module and the seat heating
