The DC/DC converter control module has registered that the status circuit is high and that the voltage in the circuit is outside the permitted range. The code may be a follow-up fault from another control module in the high voltage circuit, such as the on-board charger (OBC). In that case the fault in the charger must be fixed first, then the code can be cleared. A break or short in the high voltage wiring between the battery, the charger and the converter can also cause it, which affects charging of the high voltage battery.

- 1Read all the fault codes in the car. If the on-board charger (OBC) has its own code, deal with that first, since this code is then only a follow-on fault
- 2Have a workshop check that the connectors and high voltage wiring between the battery, the charger and the converter are free from short circuits and breaks
- 3Once the root cause is fixed, switch the ignition off and on again, clear the code and check whether it returns
- 4The high voltage system may only be handled by qualified personnel. Do not work on the charger, the converter or their wiring yourself
