    Co oznacza ten kod błędu?

The ECM tracks the reading from the boost pressure sensor. The fault is set when the signal stays below a certain value for a set time, which points to a signal fault in the sensor or its wiring.

    Możliwe przyczyny

    • Contact resistance or oxidation in the connections
    • Signal wire shorted to ground
    • Damaged boost pressure sensor

    Co możesz zrobić

    1. 1Read the code, clear it and road test to see whether it returns
    2. 2If you have a diagnostic tool: read the boost pressure sensor signal in live data at idle and when the engine runs at higher revs, and see whether the value rises
    3. 3Look at the boost pressure sensor connector for oxidation and loose connections
    4. 4Use a multimeter to check that the signal wire to the boost pressure sensor is not shorted to ground
    5. 5Check that the fuses are intact. Fuse locations are shown in the owner's manual
    6. 6If the fault remains, have a workshop check the boost pressure sensor with diagnostic equipment

    Objawy, które możesz zauważyć2

    • The malfunction indicator lamp comes on
    • The car performs worse than usual

    Na co może wpływać usterka1

    • Boost pressure is limited

Ogólne wskazówki dla właścicieli. Diagnostyka na samochodzie może wskazać inną przyczynę.
