This code is event-based and linked to an algorithm. The engine control module (ECM) compares the lambda values of the cylinders in bank 1, cylinders 1 to 3, and cannot even out the difference with individual cylinder lambda control, since the deviation is too large. The cause is mechanical and lies in the engine.
