The code is set when the signal to exhaust damper B is too high. The cause may be poor contact, a signal wire that has touched voltage or a damaged damper, and this affects the engine sound that the damper controls.

- The exhaust damper is damaged
- Exhaust damper B is on the left-hand side as seen in the direction of travel

- 5Have a workshop check damper B if the fault remains after the connector and wiring checks
