Co oznacza ten kod błędu?
The KVM (keyless vehicle module) monitors the antennas once the car reaches a certain speed. The code is stored when no signal comes from the outer antennas on the left side. The keyless functions then work poorly or not at all.
Możliwe przyczyny
- The circuit to the outer left-hand antennas is not connected
- One of the outer left-hand antennas is faulty
- The outer left-hand antenna is damaged or not connected
Co możesz zrobić
- 1Read the code, clear it and road test the car
- 2Disconnect the battery negative lead and check that the antennas in the left door handle are connected and that the wiring is complete
- 3Use a multimeter to check that there is no open circuit in the wiring between the KVM and the outer left-hand antennas
- 4Check the connection to the KVM and to the antenna for loose contact and oxidation
- 5Have a workshop with diagnostic equipment check and replace whichever part is faulty, the antenna or the module
