Dotyczy następujących modeli:

Co oznacza ten kod błędu?
Every outer door handle has two sensors, one for locking and one for unlocking, which the keyless vehicle module (KVM) watches. If KVM gets no lock signal, or a wrong one, from the handle on the right front door, the code is stored. Locking, unlocking and central locking from that handle may then stop working, and the fault shows up while the engine runs and the car is driven.
Możliwe przyczyny
- The signal wire is shorted to supply voltage
- The signal wire is shorted to ground
- Open circuit in the signal wire
Co możesz zrobić
- 1Read and clear the code, then run the engine to see whether it comes back
- 2Check the fuse for the circuit
- 3With the ignition off, check with a multimeter that the common handle-sensor ground wire is not shorted to supply voltage or ground
- 4Use a multimeter to check that the wires between the right front handle and the KVM have no open circuit and no short to supply voltage or ground
- 5If you have a diagnostic tool: check the lock sensor in live data and see that the value changes when the handle's lock button is pressed and released
- 6Have a workshop replace the handle if the wiring is sound, and the KVM if the fault stays. If the fault remains afterwards, the KVM may need replacing
Objawy, które możesz zauważyć1
- Locking, unlocking and central locking do not work
