Co oznacza ten kod błędu?
Communication between the control modules takes place over CAN, a standardised serial communication method. The driver door module (DDM) should always be reachable by the other modules. If communication with it is disturbed or stops, the code is set when the ignition is switched on. The code indicates trouble on the network as a whole rather than in one module.

- No power supply to the driver door module
- Open circuit in the ground lead to the driver door module
- Open circuit or short circuit in the CAN wiring
- Contact resistance, oxidation or poor contact in the connections
- The driver or passenger door module is not intended for this car, for example a used control module with different software
- Several codes for communication faults in the central electronic module (CEM) point to a common fault in the CAN network
Co możesz zrobić
- 1Read and clear the code, then start the car to see whether it comes back
- 2Check the fuses in the fuse box and make sure they are intact
- 3Check the connectors at the driver door module for moisture, oxidation and loose contact
- 4If you have diagnostic equipment, read the codes in the central electronic module (CEM) first, as they show whether more parts of the network are affected
- 5Have a workshop measure and trace the CAN wiring and the ground lead; do not replace any control module unless tracing shows that it is damaged
