The rear seat entertainment control unit (RSE) checks the CAN signal between itself and the screens. The code is set when the voltage is too low. The cause is a CAN cable shorted to ground.

- 1Check that the fuses for the rear seat entertainment are intact
- 2With the negative battery lead disconnected, use a multimeter to check that the CAN cable has no contact with ground (the bodywork)
- 3Check the connectors between the RSE and the screens for oxidation and looseness, and look for worn spots on the cable
- 4With diagnostic equipment and the engine running, read the RSE parameters and check whether communication with the screens works
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop with diagnostic equipment find where the cable is shorted
