The transmission control module has found a fault in one of the shift solenoids, S1 or S2. The fault may be poor contact, a damaged solenoid or a fault in the module, and the gearbox then cannot go into its emergency position.

4If the fault remains after this check, have a workshop reload the transmission software
5Do not drive the car when the gearbox is in neutral and will not select a gear; have a workshop check it
