Normally a repair takes 2-3 working days from when we receive your unit. For urgent cases, we offer express service.

We always provide a 12-month warranty on work performed and replaced components.

Yes, we offer free shipping within Sweden. You get a shipping label via email when you register your case in the portal.

In most cases, we keep the original programming so it's just 'Plug & Play' when you get the unit back.

The shipping cost is 395 SEK incl. VAT. This includes insured shipping both ways. The cost is added to your final invoice.

Engine optimization may affect the manufacturer's drivetrain warranty. We always work within safe margins and offer a supplemental safety warranty for your peace of mind.

If your software is overwritten during service at an authorized dealer, we can in most cases reinstall the optimization for a small administrative fee.
