2. What data do we collect?

We collect the following data:

• Contact details: name, address, email address, phone number.
• Personal ID number (when invoice is selected as payment method).
• Vehicle specifications & Technical Data: registration number, VIN, engine codes, technical parameters, and inspection history. We solely process technical vehicle data and never store vehicle owner names or personal identity numbers in our vehicle search database.
• Order history: details of services and products ordered.
• Technical data: IP address, cookies, and interaction data for web analytics and performance caching.

3. Why do we process the data?

We process your personal data to:

• Fulfill agreements for purchases or services
• Communicate with you about your order
• Match vehicle spare parts, engine software, and electronic repair services
• Improve our services and cache technical vehicle data for system performance
• Comply with legal requirements

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on contract fulfillment, legal obligations, or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1 f GDPR) for technical spare parts matching and vehicle data caching.

5. How long do we store the data?

We store your data as long as necessary for the purpose, normally 24 months after the last purchase. Accounting records are stored for 7 years according to law.

6. Sharing of Data

We only share data with trusted partners who help us deliver services (e.g., payment providers, shipping companies). We never sell your data to third parties. We use Google Analytics for web statistics, which may involve data transfers to the USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

• Request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), unless legal obligations (e.g. accounting law) require retention.
