Terms & Conditions

Here you will find our terms and conditions for orders.

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products and services from OBD Tuning Karlstad. By making a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Order and Agreement

A binding agreement is created when we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to decline an order if the product is sold out or for other reasons.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to make price changes and correct printing errors.

4. Payment

We offer payment via Swish or Invoice through Fortus Finans (30-day payment terms for approved customers). If you are not approved for invoice due to creditworthiness, you can prepay via Swish — we will contact you by email with instructions. Ownership of the product/service remains with OBD Tuning until full payment has been received.

5. Delivery & Transport Liability

We normally dispatch in-stock items within 1-2 business days. For repairs, work normally begins the same day the unit arrives and is dispatched within 2-4 days. We use PostNord for secure, traceable deliveries. The customer is responsible for ensuring the unit is well packaged when sent in.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or services that have been started with customer approval.

7. Complaints and Warranty

In case of defects with a product or service, you have the right to file a complaint according to the Consumer Purchases Act. Our repair services are covered by warranty as stated for each service.
