Terms & Conditions | OBD Tuning Karlstad

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of products and services from OBD Tuning Karlstad. By making a purchase, you accept these terms.

2. Order and Agreement

A binding agreement is created when we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to decline an order if the product is sold out or for other reasons.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to make price changes and correct printing errors.

4. Payment

We offer payment via Klarna (invoice, installments, direct payment) and card payment via Stripe. For repair services, payment is made after the work is completed.

5. Delivery

Products are normally delivered within 1-3 working days. For repair services, delivery time varies depending on service and complexity.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products or services that have been started with customer approval.

7. Complaints and Warranty

In case of defects with a product or service, you have the right to file a complaint according to the Consumer Purchases Act. Our repair services are covered by warranty as stated for each service.
