Chip tuning may affect the factory warranty on engine and drivetrain. We recommend checking your warranty terms. Our work comes with its own warranty and we can restore to original settings if needed.

How do I send in my control unit?

Remove the control unit from the car and package it securely with shock-absorbing material. Send it to our address along with a completed service form. We recommend tracked shipping.

We accept Swish and Invoice through Fortus Finans (30-day payment terms for approved customers). We do not offer card payment or installments.

Can I wait while you optimize my car?

No, unfortunately we do not have facilities for waiting customers in our premises while the work is being performed. The procedure usually takes about 3 hours, and we will contact you as soon as the car is ready for collection.

Why is battery voltage important during programming?

Modern automotive electronics are extremely sensitive to voltage drops. During programming, we communicate deeply with the car's systems, and a voltage drop can in the worst case permanently damage the software.

Where do I find the part number on my control unit?

The part number is usually on a sticker directly on the control unit housing. If you can't find it, we can often help you via your registration number.
