B0009 - Body Fault Code B0009 - SRS / Krockkuddar (Airbag Förar/Passagerar/Sido/Gardin)

DTC B0009 indicates a circuit malfunction in the passenger knee airbag deployment loop. The Restraint Control Module (RCM) continuously monitors the loop impedance using a low-amperage supervisory diagnostic current (< 50 mA). If the loop resistance falls outside the nominal window (typically < 1.6 Ω indicating a short circuit or > 3.8 Ω indicating high resistance/open circuit), the DTC is latched and deployment for this restraint loop is inhibited.
