Technical Description
DTC B0350 indicates an electrical malfunction or performance failure within the headlamp leveling control/actuator circuit. The lighting control module (HCM/BCM) monitors feedback voltage, circuit current, and drive signals. The DTC is triggered when the module detects an open circuit, short to ground/B+, or a position discrepancy exceeding calibrated thresholds between commanded angle and feedback sensor position.
Possible Causes
1. Oxiderade eller fuktskadade kontaktstycken i strålkastarhuset eller vid chassinivågivare
2. Kärvande eller defekt stegmotor/ställdon integrerat i strålkastarinsatsen
3. Kabelbrott eller skavd kabelstam mellan BCM/HCM och strålkastare
4. Defekt chassinivågivare (ledstag avrostat eller potentiometer/hall-element internt fel)
5. Mjukvarufel/kalibreringsförlust i Headlamp Control Module (HCM)
