Technical Description
DTC C0007 indicates an electrical malfunction (open circuit, short to ground, or short to battery) in the Traction Control System (TCS) hydraulic control valve circuit within the ABS/ESP Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU). The control module monitors solenoid coil impedance and flyback voltage using internal power driver stages. If current draw falls outside defined thresholds during start-up cycle or dynamic actuation, the code sets and stability control functions are disabled.
Possible Causes
1. Internt spolavbrott eller kortslutning i TCS-ventilen inuti ABS-hydraulblocket (HCU).
2. Korrosion, fuktinträngning eller utvidgade terminalstift i ABS-modulens flerpoliga kontaktdon.
3. Defekt utgångsdrivsteg (MOSFET) eller spruckna lödningar/bondingtrådar på ABS-styrdonets kretskort.
4. Spänningsfall över ventilrelä, säkring eller matningskablage till ABS-enheten.
