Technical Description
DTC C0009 indicates an electrical circuit or functional rationality fault within the ABS/ESC hydraulic modulator valve circuit. The Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) monitors internal and external solenoid valve driver circuits via current sense feedback. The DTC triggers when the module detects an open circuit, short to ground, short to battery voltage, or abnormal inductive kickback/resistance outside the pre-programmed calibration thresholds, causing a fail-safe shutdown of stability and anti-lock braking features.
Possible Causes
1. Intern mikrospricka i lödningar eller avbruten spole inuti ABS-hydraulenheten (HCU) / ventilblocket.
2. Oxiderade eller glappa kontaktstift i EBCM-huvudkontaktdonet orsakade av fuktinträngning.
3. Defekt MOSFET/drivsteg inuti ABS-styrenheten (EBCM).
4. Spänningsfall eller jordfel i primärmatningen till ABS-hydrauliken under last.
