Technical Description
DTC C0011 indicates an electrical circuit malfunction in the Left Front ABS Solenoid Valve circuit within the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) / Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU). The EBCM performs continuous circuit continuity checks and dynamic current monitoring via internal driver FETs. The DTC triggers if an open circuit, short to ground, short to battery voltage, or internal solenoid resistance out-of-range condition is detected during self-test or active modulation.
Possible Causes
1. Kallödning, mikrosprickor eller MOSFET-drivstegsfel internt på kretskortet i EBCM/ABS-styrenheten
2. Oxiderade eller glappande terminaler/stift i ABS-enhetens huvudkontakt (speciellt fuktinträngning)
3. Avbrott eller kortslutning i solenoidspolens lindning i HCU (hydraulblocket)
4. Spänningsfall på ABS-enhetens huvudsäkring / relämatning under dynamisk aktivering
