Technical Description
DTC C0019 indicates an electrical, magnetic, or functional circuit fault within the Left Front Brake Pressure Control Valve / Solenoid circuit or pressure sensor integrated in the ABS/ESC Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU/EBCM). The control module continuously monitors internal coil resistance and flyback voltage. Deviation from the pre-programmed current threshold, an open circuit, or a short circuit to battery/ground will trip this code and cause immediate fail-safe shutdown of ABS/ESC functions.
Possible Causes
1. Internt avbrott eller dålig lödning på ventilspolens stift i ABS-styrenheten (EBCM/HCU)
2. Korrosion eller stiftdeformation i ABS-enhetens huvudkontaktstycke
3. Defekt/bränd drivtransistor (MOSFET) i ABS-elektroniken
4. Oxiderad eller lös jordanslutning till ABS-modulen
