Technical Description
DTC C0027 indicates an electrical circuit malfunction (open circuit, short to ground, or short to voltage) within the ABS Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) solenoid valve circuit for the Left Front channel. The Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) monitors internal solenoid coil resistance and current feedback via high/low-side driver diagnostics. A threshold deviation during the power-on self-test or active cycle triggers this DTC, inhibiting ABS/ESC functionality while maintaining base hydraulic braking.
Possible Causes
1. Internt elektriskt fel/avbrott i magnetventilens spollindning eller termisk sprickbildning i EBCM-kretskortets lödpunkter.
2. Korrosion, böjda stift eller dålig kontakt i huvudkontaktdonet till ABS-modulen (EBCM).
3. Defekt MOSFET/drivsteg inuti ABS-styrenheten orsakad av överspänning eller induktiv överbelastning.
4. Spänningsfall på huvudmatningen eller lös jordanslutning till ABS-hydraulaggregatet.
