Technical Description
DTC C0067 indicates an electrical circuit malfunction, range/performance plausibility fault, or actuator control error within the ABS/ESC sub-system (wheel speed sensor circuit or hydraulic valve control). The ABS ECU performs continuous ADC monitoring of the sensor current loop (typical 7mA/14mA active wheel speed protocol) or internal MOSFET driver feedback for solenoid valves. The DTC triggers if circuit open, short-to-ground, short-to-voltage, or missing speed pulses are detected relative to other vehicle reference speeds.
Possible Causes
1. Skadat eller korroderat kablage/kontaktstycke vid fjäderben/hjulnav p.g.a. mekanisk rörelse och vägsalt.
2. Förorenad, sprucken eller delaminerad magnetisk kodring (multipol-enkoder integrerad i hjullagret).
3. Defekt aktiv/passiv hjulhastighetssensor (internt avbrott eller termiskt fel).
4. Sprucken lödning eller bränt MOSFET-drivsteg internt i ABS/ESC-hydraulaggregatet (ECU).
