What does this fault code mean?
The accessory electronic module (AEM) has a software fault that is present right now. Because the fault is permanent, the software needs reloading, and if that does not help the module itself is the likely cause. Accessories connected to the module do not work while the fault lasts.

- Internal fault in the module's software
What you can do
- 1Have a workshop reload the software in the AEM and then in the connected accessories
- 2Clear the code and check whether it returns
- 3If the fault remains after the reload, the module should be replaced by a workshop
- 4Check that the battery is in good condition before the reload is carried out
