What does this fault code mean?
The ATM finds no GPS unit although the setup expects one. A break in communication between the ATM and the unit also sets the code. Navigation falls back on an estimated position, which drifts after long drives.
Possible causes
- No GPS unit fitted
- Link between the ATM and the GPS unit disturbed
What you can do
- 1Check that a GPS unit is fitted and fit one if it is missing
- 2Check the connectors and wiring between the antenna module and the GPS unit for looseness and oxidation
- 3Clear the code and check whether it returns
- 4If the fault returns, the GPS unit may need replacing by a workshop
