What does this fault code mean?

The audio module (AUD) has registered a break in the signal wire from the speaker mounted in the right rear door. As a result no sound comes from that speaker.

Possible causes

Open circuit in the signal wire between the right rear door speaker and the control module
Open circuit in the speaker

What you can do

1Disconnect the connector at the right rear door speaker and check it for contact resistance, looseness and oxidation
2Look for breaks or damage in the cable inside the door
3If the fault remains, have a workshop check and replace the speaker if it is faulty
