What does this fault code mean?
The audio module (AUD) receives no data from the vehicle configuration held in the central electronic module (CEM) when the MOST network starts. The code is set when the module gets no data at all, which means the configuration is not reaching it or communication is disturbed. The speakers and headphones may then stop working.
Possible causes
- Vehicle configuration not received
- Disturbances in the communication between the audio module, the infotainment module (ICM) and the central electronic module (CEM)
What you can do
- 1Check that the audio system fuses are intact and see where they are located in the owner's manual
- 2Read the codes in the infotainment module and the central electronic module and deal with communication faults first
- 3With diagnostic equipment check the connectors and communication between the units
- 4Clear the code once communication works, and check that it does not return

- No sound from the speakers
- The headphones do not work
- The buttons for the headphone output do not work
