What does this fault code mean?
This code only needs to be investigated and repaired if it is active in the current drive cycle, has been active for a long time and you are experiencing a loss of function. The audio module compares its system voltage with the one in the central electronic module, and a supply fault can set the code with the ignition on. In other cases the code should be ignored and cleared.
Possible causes
- Supply wire shorted to ground
- Open circuit in the supply wire
What you can do

- 2Check that the battery is in good condition and its terminals are tight
- 3Measure the supply to the audio module with diagnostic equipment and repair the break or short to ground
- 4If there is no loss of function and the code is not active for long, clear it and check that it does not return
