What does this fault code mean?
The audio unit (AUM) checks the signal on the wiring from the satellite radio antenna. The code is set if the signal is too low, and it can be read when the unit starts. The usual cause is a signal wire shorted to ground, which gives poor radio reception.

What you can do
- 1Check the wiring from the satellite antenna for breaks and for shorts to ground
- 2Make sure the connectors at the antenna and at the audio unit are fully seated and clean
- 3Check the satellite antenna and wiring with diagnostic equipment
- 4Repair the short or replace the antenna as needed, then clear the code
