What does this fault code mean?
The read quality from the MD disc is poor, or the disc rotates unevenly, and the fault is intermittent. The code is set for a fault in the MD player or the disc. The usual causes are a defective MD player, a damaged disc or a reading fault in the player. It shows as no sound from the player.

- Reading fault in the MD player
- Defective MD player
- Defective MD disc
What you can do
- 1Try a different, clean and undamaged MD to rule out the disc
- 2If the code does not return, no further action is needed
- 3Have a workshop check the MD player and replace it if the fault returns
