What does this fault code mean?
If during the previous driving cycle the brake control module has run an extended start-up check of the stability system because of several different faults, the code is set in the next driving cycle. The code is a consequence of earlier faults.
Possible causes
- Code was set in the previous driving cycle
What you can do
- 1Clear the code if it is stored on its own; if another stability regulation code is stored too, fault-find that one first
- 2Read and deal with other codes according to their information
- 3The brake system is safety critical: do not replace the brake control module for this code, and drive carefully until the fault is fixed
