What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module (CCM) has found an incorrect parameter in the car's configuration data. The fault can arise if the module was replaced incorrectly or moved between different cars, and several functions in the car may then stop working.
Possible causes
- Incorrect configuration parameter in the control module
What you can do
- 1Read and note the fault code, clear it and road test to check whether it returns
- 2Has the climate control module been replaced recently, or moved from another car?
- 3Have a workshop correct the configuration data in the control module, since that requires diagnostic equipment
Symptoms you may notice5
- Mist on windows and/or outside mirrors
- A function button does not work
- The cabin blower does not work
- Heated front seat does not work
- Infotainment functions do not work
