What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module has detected an internal memory fault. This can make your climate settings disappear. If the fault has only happened once, it may have been caused by a glitch when the control module started up, but if it is permanent the control module must be replaced.
Possible causes
- A memory fault inside the climate control module (CCM)
What you can do
- 1Check whether the climate settings have disappeared again after you have set them
- 2Clear the fault code and test drive to see whether it returns
- 3If the fault returns, or if it is permanent, have a workshop replace the climate control module (CCM)
Symptoms you may notice1
- Your climate settings disappear
