What does this fault code mean?
The climate control module has found an internal fault in the switch at the rear of the tunnel console. The switch sends fault messages to the module, which can make the keypad on the tunnel console stop working. Park assist, blind spot warning and automatic engine start/stop can also be affected.

- Internal fault in the switch on the rear tunnel console
What you can do
- 1Check that the connector to the switch on the tunnel console is seated properly and not corroded
- 2Test the buttons on the tunnel console one at a time and note which ones give no response
- 3If you have a diagnostic tool: read the status of the rear tunnel console switch in live data while you press the buttons
- 4Clear the code and take a short test drive to see whether the buttons and functions work again. The fault may return if it is intermittent
- 5If the fault remains, have a workshop replace the rear tunnel console switch

- Front and rear park assist does not work
- Blind spot warning (BLIS) is not functioning
- Automatic engine start/stop does not work while driving or at idle
